Jyväskylä Business Rally Investor Day brought together international investors and growth companies in Jyväskylä
Jyväskylä Business Rally events Investor Day and Sport Tech Day were held in Jyväskylä at the end of July.
Now in its eleventh year, the traditional Business Rally Investor Day has established itself as an integral part of the Finnish and European startup and investor communities. The event brings an international perspective on growth financing to Rally Week and brings together industry experts from across Europe in Jyväskylä. The Investor Day pitch competition was won by Nuanic, a Finnish health technology company that develops biosensor technology to support mental well-being.
Organized by the City of Jyväskylä’s Economic Development Services, Investor Day was held in collaboration with EBAN, FIBAN, and the local Startup Factory. The event once again reinforced Jyväskylä’s position as a hub for international growth financing, innovation, and business networks.
At Sport Tech Days, a partnership between the City of Jyväskylä and GSIC (Global Sports Innovation Center) was announced, through which Jyväskylä became a member of the international sport tech network. In addition, the Hippos Sport accelerator —set to launch in early 2027— was introduced. Its goal is to build a nationally significant growth platform in Jyväskylä for companies in the fields of physical activity, sports, health, and well-being.
